Kim Jasper, Pharm.D.
Dr. Kim T. Jasper is the President and Founder of CDT, Inc., Comprehensive Drug Testing. In 1984, Dr Jasper served as the Director of Doping and Gender Verification for the Olympic Games in Los Angeles. CDT, founded in 1985, was a pioneer in the field of drug program management. Dr. Jasper was selected to serve as one of the original members of the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA, now Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, SAMHSA), Drug Testing Advisory Board. The Board addresses the most current and pending issues in the drug and alcohol testing field.
