CDT will perform an in-depth review of your company’s current policy and/or will develop an anti-drug and alcohol misuse policy that is in compliance with all federal regulations.

Drug and alcohol testing demands the highest quality administration throughout the entire process – from development of a policy through compliance with that policy. CDT realizes that a drug and alcohol testing program, when improperly executed at any level, can cause test results to be invalidated - thus compromising the overall goals of the program. Most importantly, if not administered properly, (including the timely notification of employees for testing and the proper handling of specimens, as well as adherence to all applicable government standards), the program risks being in violation of the Department of Transportation's regulations.
